1. Services Provided

Laser Media offers photography and videography services related to real estate, architecture, and hospitality, including:

• Property Photography
• Video Tours
• Drone Services

2. Booking and Agreements

All clients are required to sign a written service agreement prior to the commencement of work. No deposit is required to secure a booking, unless otherwise stipulated in writing.

3. Revisions

Clients are entitled to one (1) round of revision per project. Additional revisions may be charged at an hourly or per-revision rate, as specified in your agreement.

4. Delivery of Final Files

Final deliverables will be shared via Google Drive. Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up the files within 30 days.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

All images and videos remain the sole property of Laser Media (Pty) Ltd. Clients receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for personal or internal business use only.

following usage restrictions apply:

• No resale or redistribution of the content without prior written permission.

Licensed Clients (i.e., paying customers):

• Commercial use allowed for own marketing purposes.
• Includes use on listings, social media, brochures, etc.

Non-Clients or Unauthorized Parties:

• A license must be purchased for commercial use.

Credit Requirement: Credit to Laser Media is required where applicable.

Commercial Use: Only licensed users may use content commercially. All others must obtain a license.

6. Delays and Liability

Laser Media is not liable for delays or missed deadlines caused by:

• Inclement weather
• Property not being shoot-ready (e.g. cleaning, staging delays)
• Client rescheduling
• Circumstances beyond our control

Any rescheduling due to the above may incur additional fees or impact timelines.
